While head-to-head randomized trials directly comparing Rejuran and Profhilo remain limited, indirect comparison through meta-analysis of individual product studies reveals complementary mechanisms. A systematic review by Lee et al. analyzed 14 studies involving PDRN injections and 9 studies of hybrid HA products.
